The product
How do I check ingredients and dietary suitability?
Check the information for the exact format and pack. Resin, gummies and capsules have different formulations. If the complete ingredients or shell details are not shown, ask Customer care before choosing; a product image does not establish vegan or allergen suitability.
Where can I find preparation and storage instructions?
Follow the directions on your exact pack for the amount and preparation method. Our preparation and storage guides explain measuring, mixing and handling, but do not replace product-specific directions or shelf-life information.
How long does one jar last?
That depends on the net amount in the jar and the portion specified for that product. Compare those quantities in the same unit. A spoon size or photograph alone does not establish a daily amount, and the number of portions is separate from the expiry date.
What comes with my chosen product?
Check the selected product page for its pack size and included accessories. Resin jar options, gummy and capsule packs, and sachet boxes have different contents; do not assume an accessory shown with one format comes with another.

Can I see laboratory results?
Yes. The testing page shows the results and methods for a supplier-submitted resin sample. The report covers that sample; it is not a certificate for every finished product.
Does a laboratory report confirm origin?
A contaminant report describes the tested sample; it does not establish geographical origin. Collection, supplier and packing records are needed to connect an origin claim to a finished batch. Our testing page explains the scope of the evidence currently shown.
How is resin prepared?
Water extraction, filtration and concentration can turn raw material into resin. The process page explains each step.
What does a batch report tell me?
It tells you what was measured in a particular sample. Check the sample or batch code, test methods, units and dates. A report for one sample does not cover every product.
