Spoon & serving details
Target amounts per level scoop; exact weights await calibration.
Fill the bowl and level the resin flat with the rim, without a heap. These are target resin weights: a spoon measures volume, and the weight varies with the resin and how it is filled. Use a suitable milligram scale when an accurate weight is needed.
Choose the spoon that matches your product label. Follow its daily amount and preparation instructions; owning both sizes does not mean taking both together.
A licensed Canadian resin product uses 250 mg mixed into liquid. Studies have used 250 mg and 500 mg daily of specific preparations. These do not establish a universal dose or directions for My Shilajit.

One 30 g resin jar with your choice of 250 mg or 500 mg target wooden spoon free (both sizes £2 extra) and instruction card, one 60-gummy pack, one 60-capsule pack and 30 resin sachets. Gummies, capsules and sachets each include a box and instruction card, with the hologram seal secured inside the sealed box, and no additional spoon. Accessories and packaging are excluded from net weight.

The resin includes its presentation box, wooden spoon and instruction card. Gummies, capsules and sachets each include a packaging box and instruction card, with a securely sealed hologram inside the box. They do not include spoons.

Is the resin presentation box the Signature Bundle?
The presentation box, resin jar, wooden spoon and instruction card are included with the individual resin product. The Signature Bundle is the set containing resin, gummies, capsules and 30 travel sachets.
Can I change the sachet quantity in the Signature Bundle?
The Signature Bundle includes 30 travel sachets. For a different quantity, use the Travel Sachets selector to choose 10–120 sachets separately.
