Paid purchases of every product earn points automatically. Sign in and verify the same email used at checkout to connect your orders, including guest purchases. No seal registration is needed to earn points, and registering a seal does not award additional points. Points become available 30 days after confirmed payment. Opening an account alone does not earn points.

Custom sachet packs use their standard pack price. Each paid prepaid delivery earns the product’s usual points, awarded together for the prepaid purchase after the 30-day waiting period; later dispatches do not award them again. Checkout account credit reduces the order’s points proportionally, rounded down. Free gifts, reward jars and replacement shipments earn no additional points.

Exchange 500 available points for £10 checkout credit on any product, or exchange 1,200 points for one complimentary 30 g resin jar with standard UK delivery. These are alternatives: points spent on one reward cannot also buy the other.

Golden Ticket credit and referral credit share one checkout balance. Together, up to £10 can be used on a future product order of at least £40 after membership discounts, before credit. Credit cannot cover delivery. A complimentary jar cannot be converted to cash or earn more points.

Exchange your points in Account → Rewards, then add a UK delivery address to the saved ticket. Submitting the address reserves stock and places the request in our dispatch queue. Follow dispatch and tracking in your account. If stock is unavailable, keep your ticket or cancel it to restore your points. Cancellation is available until dispatch.

Points do not expire under this programme. Membership cancellation alone does not remove earned points. A refunded or disputed purchase reverses its points, including for a partial refund. If those points have already been spent, future points first clear the adjustment. Staff can correct a balance after reviewing a return.

Neither. A Golden Ticket is an earned account reward, not a random prize, transferable voucher or paid gift card. It has no cash value.

Pay upfront for three deliveries, or a year at your chosen interval. A one-year plan includes 12 monthly deliveries, 6 every two months, 4 every three months or 3 every four months. Save 25% on 3–5 deliveries, 27.5% on 6–11 and 30% on 12. We round the discounted price per delivery to the nearest penny, then multiply by the number of deliveries. Any extra spoon is charged once.

New plans renew for the same prepaid term at the price shown before payment. Automatic renewal is on by default; turn it off before checkout or in your account before the next payment. Deliveries already paid for continue. Existing non-renewing purchases keep their agreed terms.

A prepaid plan buys the full scheduled series of deliveries, rather than a discounted first jar with optional later payments. The intended service continues for the agreed term. Your statutory cooling-off, cancellation, refund and faulty-goods rights are unaffected. Contact us about an early-end request; any retention of prepaid money must be lawful and fair, not an automatic forfeiture or arbitrary penalty. Choose 10 g or 30 g. A 30 g jar lasts approximately 60–100 days; 10 g approximately 20–33 days, depending on use. Choose delivery every one, two, three or four months. These are usage estimates, not serving instructions.

Your account shows confirmed orders and remaining prepaid deliveries. Saving a preference does not place an order. Contact customer care to discuss a delivery-date change while preserving the agreed number of paid deliveries.

Choose either the 250 mg or 500 mg target wooden spoon free with every resin delivery. Both sizes add £2 per jar to the first delivery; later deliveries include the 250 mg spoon. Recurring deliveries do not carry the extra-spoon charge. The target scoop weights still require supplier calibration.

Credits are issued only for qualifying completed purchases, never for signing up or recruiting more referrers. The benefit is £10 for you and £10 for your friend, available after the 30-day settlement period. Credit can cover up to £10 of a future order with at least £40 of products after membership discounts. It cannot pay delivery charges, be withdrawn as cash or be exchanged between accounts. Unused earned credits remain after cancellation.
