How this website uses your information.
Your browser & cookies
Your bag selections are saved in this browser. Essential session cookies keep your account signed in and connect your checkout attempts. When you use a referral link or code, essential browser storage and a cookie remember it for 30 days. Signing in saves the referral to your account. Order and referral records connect qualifying purchases to earned credit; guest credit is linked to the payment email and can be claimed only after that email is verified. You can remove browser storage through your browser’s website-storage settings.
Website statistics
We use aggregate page counts, active time, scroll reach and click heatmaps to improve this website. These counters have no visitor identifier or individual visit history. Approximate country and city, when supplied by our host, are counted separately without linking them to page activity or accounts. We do not request GPS location. Form fields, private dialogs, account, checkout and customer-care pages are excluded. Aggregate statistics cover up to 90 days.
Your privacy choices
Use Privacy choices to switch analytics off at any time. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals pause collection until you explicitly save your choices on this website. Your saved website preferences then apply. Visit playback is selected by default in Settings but only starts after you choose Allow or Save preferences. You can switch it off in Settings and save at any time. Opted-in recordings reconstruct individual public pages with text masked and forms, private dialogs, scripts and canvas content excluded. They are not linked to an account or location, are limited to 30 minutes and 2 MiB per page, and are retained for 14 days. Withdrawing recording consent stops collection and requests removal of recordings held in the current open visit. Expired data is removed during collection, reporting or an administrative retention run; expired recordings are unavailable immediately through reports. No form values, passwords, payment details or URL tokens are collected. You can contact customer care about privacy or removal requests.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a separate optional setting and is off until you enable it in Privacy choices and save. It uses cookies to measure public page visits, product views, bag additions and removals, checkout starts from the public bag, and traffic sources with Google. Bag events contain catalogue product names, selected options, quantities and displayed prices; they do not confirm a purchase. When purchase measurement is enabled, a separate server check sends confirmed live purchases and refunds with an order reference, product IDs and amounts, linked to your consented Google browser and session identifiers. Names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment details and account identifiers are never included. This optional connection expires after 90 days and does not link to visit recordings. Cookies expire after 90 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Advertising signals and personalised advertising are disabled. Account, checkout, verification and customer-care pages are excluded. Only registered campaign labels and Google’s free-listing click identifier may be included from public-page URLs. Other query parameters, form contents and customer identifiers are excluded. You can switch Google Analytics off in Privacy choices to stop collection, remove its cookies and request revocation of the optional order connection from this browser. Revocation is retried on a later visit if the network is unavailable; it cannot recall an event already sent. Previously collected data is not deleted by withdrawing consent.
Customer care
Customer care stores the name, email address, category and messages you submit, along with our replies and email delivery records. Essential support cookies restore guest conversations in the same browser for up to six months. Submitted conversations remain stored on our server; account conversations are available when you sign in. Draft enquiries are saved in this browser until sent or cleared when the account changes. Email links can reopen an individual guest conversation, so keep them private. You can also recover a case using its ID and an email verification code. Codes expire after ten minutes; a secure cookie remembers access to that one case for seven days. This does not sign you into the wider account. We use Resend to deliver support emails and, when enabled, receive replies into the same conversation. Authorised staff can review related orders and account history to respond to your enquiry. Contact customer care to request removal of support information.
Your account & orders
Account records connect your details to registered products and support conversations. Authorised staff can use this information to help you. Internal staff notes are not displayed in your account. Payment information is processed by the payment provider; staff can see order, contact, country and fulfilment details supplied for the order, but not full card details.
Access & removal
You can request account help or personal-data removal through the support conversations in your account. Account anonymisation removes profile details and support message contents while retaining references needed for transaction and product traceability.
